At 16:37, Leipsic Volunteer Fire Company, Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company, Kent County Paramedics, and Trooper 4 were dispacted for a motor vehicle collison with occupants trapped. Rescue 53 arrived on scene and confrimed 1 occutpant still inside. Rescue 53's and 54-5's crews went to work extricating the patient. Extrication was completed at 16:57. One patient was transported by ground ALS, and one patient was transported by trooper 4.
