Passing of Life Member Bruce H. Moffitt

On behalf of the Officers and Members, it is with deepest regrets that the Leipsic Vol. Fire Co. announces the passing of Life Member Bruce H. Moffitt. Bruce passed away peacefully in his home on 09/30/2020. Bruce joined the company at the age of 16. Bruce was very active up until the late 1990s. Our weekly bingo fundraisers would have never survived without his help. Even after living in Smyrna, DE for over 50 years, Bruce still considered Leipsic his home. Bruce will be missed by everyone that knew him. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers goes out to his family..      

Per the Moffitt Family and Bruce's wishes, there will be no public service.
