Hall Rental

The Leipsic Volunteer Fire Company offers a full-service banquet facility. The hall is located at the
Leipsic Volunteer Fire Company at 318 Main St in Leipsic. Meals can be catered by the Auxiliary of
the Leipsic Fire Company or by an outside caterer on a limited basis. They can handle small or large
banquets up to 200 people. For further information or for booking your next event, please contact the

CATERED EVENTS INFORMATION
The Auxiliary of the Leipsic Fire Company would like to thank you for considering us to cater your
next event. Below is some of the information you will need to assist you in answering your questions
and selecting an appropriate menu.
There must be a minimum of 50 people or maximum of 100 people at the event for us to prepare
and serve food. If more than 100 people, a caterer can be hired.
DINNER INCLUDES: Your choice of one or two meats are available with each meal. Each meal
comes with your choice of one starch and two vegetables. Meals also include rolls, condiments,
fresh-brewed iced tea (sweet n unsweetened) and coffee. Prices will vary depending upon choice of
menu and number of people.
We provide foam dinner plates, plastic or foam cups, plastic silverware, paper napkins and plastic
table coverings. We can also provide white linen skirting for the head table, hor d’oeruvres/snack
table and wedding cake table. Note: China plates and true silverware are available.
 
USE OF THE HALL
By booking your event you will have use of the hall for four hours. If your event is to run longer than
the four hours allotted, an additional fee will be added for each additional hour. Nothing is to be
hung from the ceiling or on any walls in the hall. No bird seed, bubbles or rice in the hall or lobby. No
alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises. All alcohol must be purchased through the fire
company.  By booking your event with us, arrangements can be made to decorate for your event.
Your four hour time starts when your event begins.

OTHER ITEMS CAN BE DISCUSSED. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ACCOMODATE
SPECIAL REQUEST.
 
BAR SERVICES
The Leipsic Volunteer Fire Co. bar is licensed under the Delaware State Division of Alcoholic
Beverage Control (ABC).  All of our servers (bartenders) are trained and certified by the Delaware
ABC Servers Program.  Bar services are provided for a period of four (4) hours.  Extensions can be
arranged during the actual event or in advance.  No extensions, sale or serving of alcoholic
beverages will extend beyond 1:00am.  All customers requesting bar services for their events must
contact the Bar Manager at 302-222-1392.
